Product Introduction

Advantage

 

1. Filtering bacteria. The application of artificial nose can intercept the bacteria and secretions in the lower respiratory tract of mechanically ventilated patients, avoiding their entry into the ventilator tubing, and preventing the ventilator tubing bacteria from being brought into the patient's lower respiratory tract again through the process of respiratory circulation, which plays a double protective role and cuts off the pathway of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) occurring as a result of the bacteria of the internal and external ventilator tubing.

 

2. Provide suitable temperature and humidity. Research has proved that the application of artificial nose can keep the temperature in the airway at 29 ℃ ~ 32 ℃, and the relative humidity at a higher range of 80% ~ 90 %, which fully improves the humidified environment of the artificial airway and basically conforms to the physiological requirements of the respiratory tract for temperature and humidity.

 

3. Reduce the occurrence of complications. As the cleanliness, temperature and humidity of the inhaled gas are close to the physiological requirements, sputum secretion is reduced, and complications such as insufficient humidification, excessive humidification and respiratory tract irritation are reduced.

 

4. Reduce nursing workload. For offline patients, the application of artificial nasal humidification can reduce the nursing workload of humidification, drip, replacement of gauze, replacement of endotracheal drip drugs and catheters. For mechanically ventilated patients, it can eliminate the complex operation process of installing electric humidifier and the nursing workload of replacing filter paper, adding humidifying water, disinfecting humidifying tank, dumping condensate, etc., which improves the effectiveness of the management of artificial airway.

 

5. Improve safety. Since the artificial nose does not use electricity and additional heat, it is safer than the heating and humidification system of the ventilator, and it will not input the gas with too high temperature, avoiding the danger of airway scald.
