Trachea Filter

The trachea filter is for use within Anaesthesia, Respiratory and Critical Care clinical areas. Indicated for use with patients whose upper airways are being bypassed by an artificial tracheal airway or receiving artificial ventilator support.

Trifanz offers 4 types Trachea Filter, Trach-01, Trach-02, and Trach-03, Trach-04. Both in paper material or sponge, for different application.

Trach-01

The HME-01 is the most feature-rich model. While providing heat and moisture exchange, it can also replenish oxygen for patients. It has a suction port in the center, allowing the suction tube to be used to aspirate phlegm for patients without removing the heat and moisture exchanger. It is mostly used for patients who have just had their ventilators removed.

Similar with HME-02, HME-02 also with a suction port and oxygen port. While providing heat and moisture exchange, it can also replenish oxygen for patients. And allow the suction tube to be used to aspirate phlegm for patients without removing the heat and moisture exchanger.

The HME-03 model adopts a T-shaped structure, providing bidirectional airflow heat and moisture exchange, which offers better moisture retention. However, it does not provide suction ports or oxygen supply ports. It is mostly used for patients whose ventilators have been removed for a long time, who can breathe independently and do not require auxiliary oxygen inhalation
