Introduction
Tracheotomy intubation is a surgical procedure in which an artificial airway is created by making an incision on the trachea, followed by the placement of a tracheostomy tube. Directions
1.Peel off the individual package and take out the product. Before operation, inflate the cuff properly and check carefully for any air leakage.
2.If the cuff leaks during use, please replace it with a new tracheostomy tube of the same size right away.
3.Insert the tracheostomy tube gently into the trachea through the incision, then remove the guiding stylet quickly.
4.Wrap the cotton neck strap around the patient's neck and fasten it stably.
5.Inject a proper amount of air into the cuff, and conduct regular inspection during use.
6.Confirm the tube is installed in the correct position with firm fixation. Daily regular checks are required all the time.
7.Follow standard tracheostomy care procedures after intubation. After use, deflate the cuff completely and remove the tube slowly and gently.
