Trifanz double lumen bronchial tube is available in a wide range of sizes and configurations. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality products for the best possible value.
Benefit
· Design: A DLT has two separate lumens, each connected to a different cuff. One lumen terminates in the trachea, while the other extends into one of the mainstem bronchi (either left or right), allowing for the isolation of each lung.
· Cuffs: Each lumen has its own cuff. The tracheal cuff seals the trachea, and the bronchial cuff seals the mainstem bronchus. This separation allows for one lung to be collapsed while the other is ventilated, which is crucial during many thoracic surgeries.
· With X-ray opaque line
· Accessories: Y-connector, stylet, 2pcs suction catheter
· Color coded for identification of ports, balloons, connectors

The main disadvantage of right sided tubes concerns the short length of the right main bronchus before giving off the upper lobe bronchus (risk of occlusion). Thus, left-sided tubes are usually preferred, even for right-sided surgery, because of the
risk of inadequate ventilation of the right upper lobe if incorrectly positioned.
